Our Mission

The Lighthouse Charity Team is a non-profit 501(c) 3 organization. Our team provides equipment and volunteer labor to prepare meals to raise funds for a number of charitable organizations. These groups only pay for the actual cost of the food and products used, thereby allowing them 100% of profits.

We have an annual fundraiser to help raise money to support our efforts in helping those in need and charities. This year, our fundraiser is going to be on February 9th. Find out more information about our annual fundraiser now.

Since 1984, we have been helping local and national charities raise several million dollars. We have helped many organizations raise money including Boy Scouts of America, Little Leagues, American Heart Association, Muscular Dystrophy, March of Dimes, United Way, Chambers of Commerce, local schools, police and sheriffs Departments, YMCA, as well as provide meals for Thanksgiving and Christmas diners for the less fortunate, individuals in need of medical assistance, and disaster victims.

Our team, located on the Texas Gulf Coast, consists of a group of dedicated volunteers that utilizes 15 state-of-the-art, custom, portable trailers. All trailers are built on site using donated material and labor giving us the ability to put our donations back into the community.

Operating capital comes from the personal finances of our team members, and through donations and sponsors from the local area.
